A continuous automatic platform for pumpable liquids in preformed spout pouches. Automatic pouch feeding, twelve independent servo filling channels, cap orientation and eight servo capping stations are coordinated through the PLC and HMI.

The automatic feeder presents preformed pouches to a continuous rotary handling path. Pouch and spout presence are checked before the filling command is enabled.
Twelve independent servo-driven volumetric channels fill through the spout from the machine-mounted buffer tank. Caps are elevated, oriented and supplied to eight servo capping stations for recipe-controlled tightening before finished-pouch discharge.
