Reliable pouch filling depends on more than nominal capacity. Product viscosity, foaming tendency, fill temperature, pouch stability, spout geometry and cap presentation all influence the final machine configuration.
The dosing arrangement is selected after reviewing product viscosity, particulates, foaming, temperature and the accuracy required at the target fill volume.
Pouch dimensions, spout location, cap profile and material stiffness are checked to establish stable feeding, positioning, filling and torque-controlled capping.
