Intermitent Doypack Pouch Filling Machine through Spout

A rotary indexing platform that positions preformed spout pouches through filling, capping and discharge stations in a controlled sequence. Four servo-operated filling channels, automatic pouch loading and cap handling support consistent production.

Preformed pouches are automatically presented to holding fixtures on the rotary table. The indexing mechanism transfers each pouch step by step and holds the spout accurately below the filling nozzles.
Four servo-operated filling channels dispense product through the spout. An anti-drip arrangement helps control splashing and product loss before the pouch moves to automatic cap placement, torque-controlled capping and discharge.
