Preformed standy pouches are loaded into the magazine and transferred individually to grippers on the rotary indexing section. The machine checks pouch presence, opens the pouch mouth and positions it accurately below the filling station.
The selected filling system dispenses the product according to the application and recipe settings. After filling, the pouch mouth is conditioned and heat sealed before the finished pouch is released to the discharge conveyor. The intermittent design provides a stable dwell time at every station and makes format adjustment and operation straightforward.
